About the event

Did you know that our kombucha goes through two rounds of fermentation, each taking an average of 7-10 days? The first fermentation is when we transform the sweet tea into kombucha using scoby, and the second fermentation is when we carbonate and flavour it using only natural ingredients such as fruits.
